Club Involvement

Some of the opportunities to be more involved include volunteering to help at the events. Volunteers are typically needed most for set up and take down of tables, chairs, and decorations, as well as some cleaning of the space afterward.

Help at the booth on the concourse. When a little bit of extra help is needed, we are happy to accept the offers.

Attend meetings. This is the time when potential changes are brought to the members for voting. This is also one of the best ways to become familiar with board members as well as general members. Some of the best ideas that we end up acting upon are brought to us at the meetings.

Sign up to complete a scrapbook for a player. Requests for scrapbooker interest are typically sent out sometime between training camp and the start of the season. If selected as a scrapbooker, a player will be assigned and the scrapbook is completed throughout the season. 

Run for a board position or volunteer as Parliamentarian (unless already filled). We have 4 executive and 5 representative positions each season. We also have 1-2 people acting as Parliamentarian, to ensure all meetings and decisions uphold our mission and bylaws.
